What would you highlight about BOS*COS APARTMENTS
No customer service nor hospitality
this is a beautiful designed apartment. the check-in and check-out was easy with code on the door.
However, there is no customer service. The owner has no service mindset nor hospitality. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. It’s pretty shocking. During my entire stay I did not see anyone. the apartment is smelly with smells coming from the bathroom plumbing. The host eventually resolved the problem after I have been composing persistently. Communication was not timely. It always took a long time for someone to respond to all my messages.

it’s ok
The location, roof terrace, nice design, late check out and an easy check in. The layout (3 floors) took some time to get used to.
More attention to detail is missing - like the quality of towels, pillows, a few ikea utensils, no bin bags or dishwasher tablets available, no tea towels in the kitchen. All the dishes had to be rewashed upon checking in. The kettle leaves a funny taste. But what disappointed us most of all, was the bad smell coming from the drainage. It was really intense throughout our stay, particularly in the morning. Generally, I think it’s overpriced for what you get. We expected more quality based on the photos advertised, so hopefully the owners will improve.
